This privacy policy is issued by Bhogaapuram.com, an independent digital publication covering Alluri Sitarama Raju (ASR) International Airport, real estate, hotels and travel in and around Bhogapuram, Vizianagaram district, Andhra Pradesh, India. We do not sell products, take online payments, or hold public user accounts.
For the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Bhogaapuram.com is the data fiduciary for personal data you send us through this website (contact forms and newsletter subscriptions). Google is an independent controller of personal data it processes through Google AdSense.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to https://www.bhogaapuram.com and every page on it, including the Alluri Sitarama Raju International Airport guide, real-estate section, hotels and stays directory, blog. It describes how we collect, use, store and share personal data, and how third-party advertising works on this site.

What information we collect
The list below covers information we collect ourselves and information advertising partners may collect when ads are shown. Contact details and newsletter emails are collected only if you choose to send them.
- Contact form submissions. If you write to us through the contact page, we receive the name, email address, phone number, city, enquiry type and message you provide. Name, email and message are required; the rest are optional and help us reply accurately.

- Erasure — ask us to delete your enquiry or subscription.

- Object or restrict — object to a particular use of your data, or ask us to pause it while a query is resolved.

Readers in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area have equivalent rights under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR. We answer every request we control within 30 days. We will not charge you, and we will not treat you less favourably because you asked.
How we protect information
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry and subscriber data is limited to the people who need it to reply to you. Because Bhogaapuram.com holds no public accounts, no passwords and no payment data, the amount of information at risk is deliberately small.
